But in secretary many qualifications are essential like as (1) Higher education (2) Legal awareness (3) Accounting knowledge (4) Correspondence awareness (5) Office management and various useful tools as well as computer knowledge. These all qualification can be obtained by proper training. That is why secretary is made.
