An arrow called by this name. Cupid has five arrow -उन्मादः, तापन, शोषण, स्तंभन and सम्मोहन. When attacked with one of these arrows, a person's condition changes according to the quality of the arrow. To attract Lord Shiva towards Parvati, cupid took aim with the arrow called सम्मोहन.
