Solve the following equations
$3(2 x+1)=6$

Answer

Given, equation $3(2 x+1)=6$
On dividing both sides by 3 , we get
$
\begin{array}{l}
(2 x+1)=\frac{6}{3} \Rightarrow 2 x+1=2 \\
2 x=2-1 \Rightarrow 2 x=1 \Rightarrow x=\frac{1}{2}
\end{array}
$
$\therefore x=\frac{1}{2}$ is the required solution.
