$(5 )$ Large numbers should be representative hundred, thousands, lakhs or crores.
$(6 )$ Separate lines should be drawn distinguish the main characteristics of the drawn to
$(7 )$ Provision for indicating the totals of primary and subsidiary characteristics should be there in a table.
$(8 )$ Large volume of data should be represented in different tables instead of a single table.
$(9 )$ Source of the data must be mentioned at the end of the table.
$(10)$ Before preparing the final table, a rough table should be prepared.
