There are many substances and many deeds in the world. In this chapter god Atrey advises his disciple Agnivesh about important matters of health.
To mantain life, food is more important. Matters such as honey, sesame oil, cow milk, green peas etc. are more important as they protect our body from diseases. But satisfaction is also necessary. However the delicious and healthy food is, if it does not provide satisfaction then it is useless. Therefore god Atrey says that satisfaction from food we eat is eqally important.
