Question
Verify: {(-15) – 8} x -6 = (-15) x (-6) – 8 x (-6)

Answer

{(-15) – 8} x -6 = (-15) x (-6) – 8 x (-6)
L.H.S. = {(-15)-8} x-6
= {-15-8} x-6
= {-23} x-6
= -23 x- 6
= 138
R.H.S. = (-15) x (-6) – 8 x (-6)
= -6 x (-15-8)
= -6 x -23
= 138
Hence, L.H.S. = R.H.S
