Rich class blame the poor for environmental degradation by claiming that they misuse resources. They use cow dung cakes and firewood for cooking which pollute environment. They have larger families causing increasing pressure on natural resources and they do not have proper sanitation facilities so they pollute the environment.
On the other hand, poor claim environment is getting degraded because of the rich as they overuse resources of maintaining their affluent standards of living. Number of cars, Ac and TV in a rich family exceeds the number of family members in many cases. Their greed is responsible for degradation in environment.
In my opinion, both are playing an equal role and both need to improve their ways.
