People do different types of work. Each work is important. Because they help us in different ways.
• Teachers help us learn at school.
• Doctors treat us when we are sick.
• A mason helps in building our houses.
• An electrician repairs switches and other electrical equipment.
• A plumber fits and repairs sanitary pipes.
• A greengrocer sells us vegetables and fruits.
• A carpenter makes and repairs furniture of wood.
• A police officer protects us from thieves and maintains law and order.
• A firefighter puts out fire in buildings.
  We should respect all these people.
