Vajrasana: procedure.
  • Sit and keep both legs straight.
  • Fold right leg and place it under right buttock.
  • Fold left leg and place it under left buttock.
  • Keep your spine, neck and head straight, interlock your toes, open your ankle and sit on sole of the foot.
  • Knees touching the ground.
  • Rest your palms on the knees.
  • Concentrate on the breathing.
Contraindication: Patient with knee and back injuries should be extra careful, Can cause severe stiffness in the feet, ankles and knees.
