Answer
According to Ayurveda there are three important substances - elements of the body-vat (gas), pitt(bile) and cough. A human being does not remain healthy. If these elements are not maintained. A human body catches disease when there is an imbalance of any of those substances.
To maintain balance of 'vat', 'pitt' and 'cough' in a human body it is advised to do massage with oil, (तैलम्) to take honey (मधु) and ghee. (सर्पिः) that according to Ayurveda all these three are very useful for human body, and will remain so in future too.

Answer
There are many activities a person has to do. Which is the best deed of all those deed? That is the inquisiti veness. Lord Atreya advises his disciple Agnivesha who entertains such a desire that - act as suggested by wise perons and that is the greatast ‘Anushthan' i.e the deed to be done/act to be performed. There can be numerous deeds inspired by common people, but the best 'Anushthan' is that which is advised by the scholars. So a person must perform 'Anushthan' of good deeds, one must not follow improper advice.
