Given, $\frac{3\text{x}+2}{2\text{x}-3}=-\frac{3}{4} 4(3x + 2) = -3(2x - 3)$
$12x + 8 = -6x + 9$
$12x + 6x = 9 - 8$
$18x = 1$
$\frac{18\text{x}}{18}=\frac{1}{18}$ $\text{x}=\frac{1}{18}$
