$\mathrm{F}=\mathrm{K} \mathrm{x}$

$10=\mathrm{K} \times 0.05$

$\mathrm{~K}=\frac{1000}{5}=200$

$\mathrm{~T}=2 \pi \sqrt{\frac{\mathrm{m}}{\mathrm{k}}}=2 \pi \sqrt{\frac{2}{200}}$

$=\frac{2 \pi}{10}=\frac{6.28}{10}$

$=.628\, \mathrm{~s}$
