Man can never tolerate injustice and accepts the principle of empowerment.
Everyone wants people who do the same work to have equal rights, but motivation decreases if there is discrimination between people who do the same work.
E.g. 8 employees join 8 employees as clerks in a single company, all the employees are happy if they are given 5% salary increase every year, but in the ninth year one employee gets 15% salary increase and another employee gets 5% salary increase. Prohibitive and has a constructive effect on the same individuals.
