$20$ to $30\%$ West Bengal, Mizoram, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh
$30$ to $40\%$ Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh.
