Obtained from one's own deeds. Every human being engages himself in different deeds considering - as you sow, so shall you reap. A human being has to pay for his deeds. Good deeds give good result but malicious deeds result in bad result. A human being attains many things as the outcome of his deeds. So it is his moral duty to keep himself happy with whatever he attains.
Here, the human being is suggested to adopt such means which not only help him achieve desired results but provide him joy and peace also.
