माना $I=\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{x}}{\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{a-x}} d x$ ...(i)
I = $\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{a-x}}{\sqrt{a-x}+\sqrt{a-(a-x)}} d x$ [$\because$ $\int_{0}^{a}$f(x) dx = $\int_{0}^{a}$f(a - x)dx]
$=\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{a-x}}{\sqrt{a-x}+\sqrt{x}} d x$ ...(ii)
समी (i) और (ii) को जोड़ने पर,
$\Rightarrow 2 I=\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{x}+\sqrt{a-x}}{\sqrt{a-x}+\sqrt{x}} d x, $ 2I = $\int_{0}^{a} 1 d x=[x]_{0}^{a}=a-0=a \Rightarrow $ $I=\frac{a}{2} $
I = $\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{a-x}}{\sqrt{a-x}+\sqrt{a-(a-x)}} d x$ [$\because$ $\int_{0}^{a}$f(x) dx = $\int_{0}^{a}$f(a - x)dx]
$=\int_{0}^{a} \frac{\sqrt{a-x}}{\sqrt{a-x}+\sqrt{x}} d x$ ...(ii)
समी (i) और (ii) को जोड़ने पर,
