Perseverance is the Key to Success

                     The city of Rome, like all great works, was built over many years of hard work. It took Ronald Ross almost 18 years to find out how the malarial parasite entered the body of the human being. William Harvey took 12 years to find out how blood circulated in the body. It took Konrad Zuse 3 years to build the world's first programme- based computer.
                     It takes one year of continuous and hard study to do well in the examination. Students who come in the merit list in the SSC examination study for long hours every day. If you want to be good at any sport or to play a musical instrument well, you have to practise for hours. Then only will you be able to impress people with your skill. So always remember, in order to achieve something great you have to persevere for a long period of time. Thus the proverb implies that we should not expect to achieve something great in a short period of time. Perserverance is the key to success.
