This is the third mantra of 108th Sukt from the 10th division of the Rig Veda. This mantra contains the preaching to gain knowledge about the unity (of soul).
The mantra says that there should be uniform thinking, unity in soul and conscience. Thus this mantra presents the sentiments of unity of mind with thinking, soul and conscience and the human being has to develope the knowledge of equality in these matters. With the equal thinking, performing yajna with objects for sacrificed fire has also been expressed in this mantra.
