  • The 20th century was a century of anxiety. While the 21st century is known as the century of mindfulness.
  • The cause of many physical ailments is depression.
  • There are three places of origin of mindfulness.
(1) Traumatic events (2) Recent life events (2) Everyday difficulties
(1) Make shocking:
  • A traumatic accident or situation that occurs suddenly causes depression.
  • The negative effects of this attitude are long lasting on many people.
  • Side effects can be seen even after the incident.
  • The person often experiences the horror of the event.
  • The thought or conversation of the event is frightening. Sometimes nightmares come, the negative effects of this mood swings are intense and harmful.
  • These include fires, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, floods, wars, kidnappings, terrorism.

(3) Everyday difficulties
  • The small and big events or difficulties in daily life produce mood swings.
  • If these difficulties persist for a long time, it causes intense depression.
  • E.g. Everyday difficulties include updating for daily chores, coping with traffic, saving housewife time from work and maintenance, getting sick during exams, frequent vehicle breakdowns, not running a pen during exams, etc.
