Translation: Lord Shiva cast his eyes upon Parvati's face.
Explanation: This line has been taken from the third canto of "कुमारसम्भवम्" composed by the great poet Kalidas.
The above - mentioned shloka says that - At the time of moon rise, Lord Shiva having shaken patience like an ocean, cast eyes upon Parvati's face having lips like 'बिम्बफल'.
As soon as cupid took aim at Lord Shiva, its effect was seen. Lord Shiva got attracted towards Parvati and he cast his eyes upon beautiful red lips of Parvati. Seeing Parvati's beautiful face and her red lips like 'बिम्बफल' Lord Shiva's mind got diverted.
