1. The name suggested in the application form should not be of the same or similar to the existing one.
2. Such a name should not be undesirable or offensive. Such proposed name should not be criminal under any law.
3. The name of the company should not be such as to give the impression that it is affiliated with the State Government, Central Government or Local Self Government Organization or to create the illusion of a company established by the State Government / Central Government. E.g. ત. President, Father of the Nation, Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Governor etc.
