Why is business related changes not found in the company form ?

Company is managed according to the companies Act $1956$. The management has to manage company within the limit of provisions mentioned in memorandum.
It is difficult to change any provision. Company cannot do business other than mentioned in the objective clause of its memorandum. Legal procedure is to be followed to make any changes in its objectives.
That is why we do not find any business related changes in company.
