$= 2a - 3b - [3a - 2b + c - 2b] $
$= 2a - 3b - 3a + 2b - c + 2b $
$= 2a - 3a - 3b + 2b + 2b - c $
$= -a + b - c$
we have: $2a - 3b - [3a - 2b - {a - c - (a - 2b)}] $
$= 2a - 3b - [3a - 2b - {a - c - a + 2b}] $
