✓
Answer
Human beings have the threefold power of thought, action and emotion. Perfection of personality is achieved through the full development of these three powers. The three ideal forms of Trividha Shakti are $(1)$ Satyamdh, $(2)$ Shivamdh and $(3)$ Sundaramdh.
The definition, value establishment and practicality of ‘Shiva’ value are as follows:
$1.$ Definition: Shiva means benefactor, benefactor of all, benefactor of all.
Shiva is the quality of karma shakti manifested only by the observance of swadharma or duty
Shiva is a virtue associated with conduct or karma. These qualities make conduct the best. Thanksgiving and self-satisfaction are experienced by Shiva. The ideal of karma is Shiva or welfare.
Shiva $($welfare$)$ does not come into existence until any good thought or goodwill is transformed into Satkarma.
Individuals who know everything about religion, policy and virtue in principle but do not act accordingly commit a kind of self-deception and are deprived of the experience of the bliss of life.
Only a person who does not differentiate between thought and behavior experiences the bliss of life.
$2.$ Value Establishment: Individuals with noble character can feel the pride of their personality only when they properly perform the duty they have been taught.
The person doing the duty feels accomplished and praises the value of Shivatatva.
$3.$ Practicality: Shrimad Bhagavad Gita teaches ‘Nishkamdha Karmayoga’ to characterize the value of Shiva.
The lyricist states, "Only deeds done out of duty without attachment to fruit make one experience the 'Shivatattva' which is free from the feelings of happiness and sorrow."
The German philosopher Kent introduces the principle of duty for the sake of duty and provides guidance for the implementation of conscientiousness.
Karma such as service, philanthropy, love, friendship, compassion, charity, kindness, forgiveness, etc. are included in the karma that reveals the value of Shiva.
