So that mental and physical disease is born.
The reasons behind mental illness are psychological. But its consequences are seen in the form of physical disease.
Psychiatric diseases are physical diseases arising from mental causes.
Type:
(1) Cardiovascular diseases and blood pressure:
Under normal circumstances a healthy person's heart rate is 70 to 75 beats per minute. And blood pressure is 80 below and 120 above.
But because of the stress, the blood clots quickly.
The mouth of the artery narrows.
So the heart has to work harder to get the blood to the parts of the body.

(2) Dum:

(5) Brain Stroke:
A stroke occurs when the brain does not receive enough blood.
