Charge on right should be positive and

$\mathrm{q}_{1}+\mathrm{q}_{2}=20 \mu \mathrm{C}$ and $\frac{\mathrm{q}_{1}}{3}=\frac{\mathrm{q}_{2}}{4}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{\mathrm{q}_{1}}{\mathrm{q}_{2}}=\frac{3}{4}$

$\Rightarrow \mathrm{q}_{1}=\frac{3}{7} \times 20=\frac{60}{7}$

$=8.57 \mu \mathrm{C}$
