पुस्तकस्य आत्मवृत्तान्तः (गद्य) — Sanskrit STD 12 Arts — Question

The reactions of students are beautifully described in the esaay "पुस्तकस्य आत्मवृत्तान्तः". The book too has deep affection for children and wishes that they should absorb the knowledge stored in it. The love and affection of children towards the book is also wonderful and praiseworthy. Keeping in mind the affection towards children, the book describes its experiences.
   Children buy new textbooks every year and take them home with great respect. They wrap them in good cover and write their names in them as if they were inscriptions carved on a stone!
    Children put books in their school bag with great affection and take them to school. They read books with concentration and grasp the knowledge stored in it. Some children protect books with their lotus shaped hands. They feel joy and satisfaction by expressing their respect towards books.
