  2. Water helps in replacing fluids lost in sweat.
  3. Fluids help in maintaining muscle glycogen and blood sugar level.
Post competition:
  1. Protein drinks, Yogurt, fruit juices and water.
  2. Helps in preparing worn out tissues.
  3. Restoring fluids and Electrolytes lost in sweat.
  4. Help in refueling the muscle and liver glycogen.
