Government encourages Classrooms to go Digital

                March 4, Mumbai: At an hour-long meeting with educators. principals and stake-holders, the Governor gave a short speech here yesterday, encouraging classrooms to go digital.
              "Society is changing rapidly and our education system needs to keep up with this. Education has to evolve fast. The curriculum needs to be regularly updated and must change to meet the demands of the times," he said in a brief but stirring speech.
               Answering questions on the exact meaning of 'digital classrooms', he said that a digital classroom refers to a classroom that uses technology 1.e. electronic devices and software, as tools for teaching. These classrooms Incorporate various suitable educational apps and websites into the learning process to enhance student learning.
