In every organization, the manager has to play some functional role inside or outside the organization.
There are three main types.

(1) Interpersonal role:
Managers need to communicate with employees and people inside and outside the organization.
So that proper work can be taken from the employee.
As well as adequate leadership over employees.
In which it is necessary to play a role in work planning, employee selection, training, motivating the employee towards work and enforcing discipline etc.
(2) Information related role:
The manager of the organization should collect and analyze various information according to the work of the organization.
Sometimes information should be collected by contacting people outside the organization.
That information should be provided to the organization.
Sometimes acting as a spokesperson when interacting with people outside the organization should spread or disseminate the organization's information.
(3) Role regarding decision:
The manager of the organization has to play a decisive role in changing the working style of the employee, adopting a new method to solve any problem in the organization, selecting the employee and assigning the work as well as providing the necessary equipment to the organization.
