(2) Information related role:
  • The manager of the organization should collect and analyze various information according to the work of the organization.
  • Sometimes information should be collected by contacting people outside the organization.
  • That information should be provided to the organization.
  • Sometimes acting as a spokesperson when interacting with people outside the organization should spread or disseminate the organization's information.
(3) Role regarding decision:
  • The manager of the organization has to play a decisive role in changing the working style of the employee, adopting a new method to solve any problem in the organization, selecting the employee and assigning the work as well as providing the necessary equipment to the organization.
