Translation: By the arrival of the devotees of god, the distressed and exhausted householders feel joy.
Explanation: This is the second line of the seventh shloka of "वर्षावर्णनम्". This shloka says that, "By the arrival of the devotees of god, the distressed and exhausted householders feel joy. In the similar manner, considering the arrival of clouds as festival, the peacoks felt happy.
The peacocks considering the arrival of clouds as festival are compared with the distressed householders. Being fedup with the scorching heat when peacocks see clouds and lightning in the sky and hear the thunderstorm, they feel too much happy and spreading their feathers they start dancing. The householders get fedup of the scorching heat in summer and in winter they tremble with cold but they feel happy when the clouds arrive in the rainy season. Similarly, when the devotees of god arrive, the distressed and exhausted householders feel joy.
